Transfers Data at Fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 Speeds with UASP Support This adapter supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps to give you faster data storage, retrieval and backup capacity. It reads data up to 70 percent faster and writes up to 40 percent faster when connected to a UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) host controller. The enclosure is backward compatible with previous USB generations, allowing you to use it with older equipment. It works with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
