It meets UL 2930 standards with a NEMA 5-15P-HG plug that provides redundant ground connection. The innovative input plug eliminates the need for an additional ground wire, which reduces cable clutter, the potential shock risk and risk of tripping to a patient in the event of a ground fault. Antimicrobial Protection Helps Provide a Safer, Cleaner and Healthier Work Environment The Safe-IT™ power strip is protected by an antimicrobial coating that helps resist the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold and mildew. Premium Safety Features Help Ensure Proper Power Connections With no central power switch, this power strip presents no danger of accidental shutoff and cutting off power to essential devices. Resettable 15-amp circuit breakers protect connected equipment against overloads. Locking plastic safety covers are included to block access to unused outlets.
