It is not necessary to co-locate the 6300-CX with other telecommunications equipment; it is designed to be optimally located for the strongest cellular reception.This eliminates the need for expensive and often ineffective external antennas, although one can be used if needed. The included Passive Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter supports a greatly simplified installation and increases placement flexibility.
